I build trusted brands through education, storytelling, and community.
For more than a decade, I've helped healthcare, education, and mission-driven organizations transform complex topics into accessible, human-centered experiences that inspire engagement and lasting relationships.
My work combines digital marketing, content strategy, online community leadership, lifecycle communications, and cross-functional collaboration to help organizations grow through trust rather than transactions.
Whether developing patient education resources, launching online communities, leading platform migrations, or designing engagement strategies that reach thousands of people, I believe the strongest brands are built by helping people feel informed, supported, and seen.

The strongest brands aren't built through advertising alone. They're built through trust.
Throughout my career in healthcare, education, and mission-driven organizations, I've found that people engage when they feel respected, informed, and understood. My approach to marketing combines education, storytelling, and community to create experiences that empower people to make confident decisions.
Whether someone is choosing a healthcare treatment, beginning a new career, or beyond, trust is earned through honest communication, consistent support, and meaningful relationships.
Community is not a marketing channel. It’s infrastructure for connection and trust.
The strongest communities are built around peer-to-peer relationships, not brand-to-member interactions. My work focuses on designing environments where members can connect, contribute, and support each other organically.
Principles I Design Around
Belonging First
People stay in communities where they feel seen, supported, and valued.
Contribution Loops
Communities thrive when members can easily move from consumer to contributor.
Clear Engagement Architecture
Members need visible pathways for how to participate.
Psychological Safety
Healthy moderation and clear community guidelines enable open dialogue.

Building Trust Through Every Stage of the Customer Journey
No matter the client, meaningful engagement follows a similar pattern. People need information before they need action.

TripleTen Student Hub
Overview
When I joined TripleTen, our online student community had outgrown its existing platform. Thousands of learners from around the world relied on the community for academic support, career guidance, networking, and motivation, but the experience had become difficult to navigate as it scaled.
Rather than simply moving members from Discord to Circle, I led a strategic redesign of the entire community experience. The project centered on a simple question:
How can we create an online environment that makes students feel supported, connected, and confident throughout their learning journey?
The result was the launch of The TripleTen Hub—a structured digital community that transformed an unorganized chat platform into a scalable learning ecosystem designed around student success.
The Opportunity
The existing Discord community had grown organically over several years. While it fostered strong engagement, it also created friction for students trying to find answers, connect with peers, or access important resources.
Common challenges included:
Information buried within fast-moving chat threads
Overlapping channels that made navigation confusing
Limited opportunities for meaningful peer-to-peer connection
Inconsistent onboarding experiences
Difficulty scaling moderation and student support
The opportunity wasn't simply to improve navigation—it was to redesign the entire member journey.
My Role
As Community Lead, I partnered with Product, Student Success, Curriculum, Marketing, and Operations teams to lead the strategic planning and execution of the migration.
My responsibilities included:
Auditing the existing community ecosystem
Designing the new information architecture
Developing onboarding and migration communications
Creating lifecycle touch points throughout the student journey
Building engagement strategies that encouraged participation
Training internal teams on new workflows and best practices
Coordinating the cross-functional launch strategy
My Approach
Rather than organizing the community around software features, I designed it around the student experience.
Every decision supported one of four goals:
Help students quickly understand where they belong.
Program-specific spaces created clear pathways for Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, UX/UI Design, QA Engineering, and Business Intelligence students while maintaining a shared community identity.
Make knowledge easy to discover.
Resources that were previously buried inside conversations became organized, searchable destinations that students could return to throughout their learning journey.
Create opportunities for meaningful engagement.
Interest-based groups, networking spaces, study halls, career discussions, and milestone celebrations encouraged students to build relationships beyond coursework.
Reduce friction throughout the journey.
Structured onboarding, simplified navigation, improved moderation workflows, and consistent communication made participation more intuitive for both students and staff.
Communications & Member Experience
A successful migration depended on thoughtful communication as much as thoughtful technology.
I developed a coordinated communication strategy that prepared students for the transition before launch, guided them through the migration, and reinforced adoption afterward.
This included:
onboarding communications
platform announcements
updated educational resources
moderator and tutor training
launch events
migration support documentation
revised community guidelines
Every touchpoint was designed to reduce uncertainty and build confidence during a significant platform change.
Cross-Functional Leadership
The success of the project relied on close collaboration across the organization.
I partnered with teams responsible for:
Product
Marketing
Student Success
Curriculum
Operations
Community Support
Together, we aligned the digital community with the broader student experience, ensuring that community became an integrated part of the educational journey rather than a standalone destination.
Results
The launch of the TripleTen Hub created a more scalable, intuitive, and engaging experience for thousands of learners.
Key outcomes included:
Clearer pathways for onboarding and student support
Improved discoverability of educational resources
Stronger peer-to-peer engagement across programs
More consistent community experience regardless of program
Scalable moderation and operational workflows
A digital ecosystem that better supported learning, collaboration, and long-term engagement
Most importantly, the redesign shifted the community from a collection of conversations into an intentional experience that helped students feel connected, supported, and successful from their first day through graduation.

Building Trust Through Patient-Centered Content
Overview
At PatientsLikeMe, I created educational content that helped people navigate complex health topics with greater confidence, clarity, and agency. Writing for one of the world's largest online patient communities meant recognizing that every article served a larger purpose: helping people make informed decisions about their health while fostering trust in a space where empathy, accuracy, and accessibility were equally important.
My work translated medical research, patient experiences, and healthcare best practices into content that was approachable, actionable, and meaningful for a diverse audience. Rather than writing for healthcare professionals, I wrote for people searching for answers, often during some of the most uncertain moments of their lives.
The Opportunity
Healthcare information can be overwhelming, filled with medical terminology, conflicting advice, and varying levels of health literacy. Patients aren't simply looking for information—they're looking for information they can understand and trust.
My goal was to create content that empowered readers by:
Breaking down complex healthcare topics into accessible language
Promoting health literacy through clear, evidence-informed education
Amplifying patient voices and lived experiences
Encouraging informed conversations between patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
Supporting an inclusive community where people felt seen, respected, and understood
My Approach
Every article began with a simple question:
What does someone need to know to feel more confident about their health today?
From there, I developed content that balanced research, empathy, and practical guidance. I collaborated across teams to ensure information was accurate while maintaining a conversational, human-centered voice that reflected the PatientsLikeMe community.
My writing focused on making healthcare more approachable—not by oversimplifying it, but by explaining it with clarity, compassion, and respect for the reader's experience.
Featured Topics
My work covered a range of subjects focused on improving patient understanding and engagement, including:
Health literacy and health equity
Patient advocacy
Chronic disease management
Community support and peer connection
Mental health and emotional well-being
Digital health and patient empowerment
Research participation and patient engagement
Healthcare access and navigating the care journey
One example, The Importance of Health Literacy for Advancing Equity, explored how improving health literacy can reduce disparities, strengthen patient-provider relationships, and empower individuals to make informed healthcare decisions. The article highlighted the connection between accessible communication and equitable health outcomes, reinforcing the importance of designing content that meets people where they are.
Impact
This work strengthened my ability to:
Translate complex healthcare information into accessible educational content
Build trust through thoughtful, empathetic storytelling
Write for audiences with diverse backgrounds and varying levels of health literacy
Balance evidence-based information with an approachable, supportive tone
Create content that informs rather than persuades
Support mission-driven organizations through education-first communication

Creating Content That Builds Trust, Educates, and Inspires Action
Throughout my career, I've approached content as more than a marketing deliverable—it's an opportunity to educate, build relationships, and create meaningful experiences. Whether writing for patients navigating complex health decisions, students transitioning into new careers, or members of mission-driven communities, my work focuses on helping people feel informed, supported, and confident.
I believe the most effective content answers real questions, anticipates moments of uncertainty, and provides value long before someone is ready to take the next step.
Rather than creating isolated campaigns, I develop content ecosystems that guide audiences through every stage of their journey—from first discovering an organization to becoming engaged, connected, and invested members of its community.

Whether I'm writing an article, designing a member journey, planning an event, or launching a new initiative, I start with the same question:
What does someone need to feel informed, supported, and confident right now?
The answer shapes every decision, from the language I use to the channels I choose and the experiences I create.
I believe the strongest brands earn trust through consistency, empathy, and education. When people feel understood, they're more likely to engage, contribute, and build lasting relationships with the organizations that serve them.

Great marketing doesn't just convince people. It gives them the confidence to make important decisions.
Throughout my career, I've helped organizations earn trust through thoughtful communication, meaningful education, and communities where people feel supported. Whether working with patients, students, or mission-driven organizations, my goal is always the same: create experiences that help people feel seen, informed, and empowered.
As I continue my career, I'm excited to bring that same approach to organizations whose mission depends on trust, compassion, and human connection, creating content and experiences that don't just inform people, but genuinely improve their lives.
